Sudden Acceleration

While watching the news last night, Isaw a story about an unexplainable phenomenon called “Sudden Acceleration” that has even scientists baffled. Because cars today are highly technical and omputerized, they are not able to explain why Toyotas and other cars are experiencing this “Sudden Acceleration.” They have actually gotten NASA and other rocket scientists involved as they study the problem.

If this were a dream what would it mean?

Sudden Acceleration is a symbolic representation of what is happening in the spiritual realm right now. Quite often things that happen in the natural realm are symbolic of what God is doing in the supernatural. In dream symbolism cars often represent aspects of our life such as our jobs, spiritual gifts, ministries, etc. We are in a season right now of what I called in my previous articles “Spring Forward.” God is accelerating our destinies and we are about to see things begin to happen at a much greater pace.

My sudden acceleration last weekend

For years God has been speaking to me about connections coming into the media industry. I will be using my prophetic gifts and dream interpretation to positively influence people with God’s love. God told me that this would start to happen as I step in front of the camera. I was in Orlando, Florida last weekend where I videotaped my Understanding Dreams Workshop. I have been meaning to complete and record this training course for the past five years then suddenly, a church with television equipment graciously offered to videotape it for me at no charge.

At the taping, someone handed me a check for $5500 and told me it was to invest into my media projects. The same weekend another person drove down from South Carolina with video equipment and we went out and taped many new prophetic insights I have been getting in order to post them on my blogs and the internet. While I was doing all the videotaping, I got back to my hotel and Patricia King emailed me to tell me that she had watched some of my videos online and is sending one of them to a video playlist of 50,000 people!

The BMW connection

Check this out. God spoke to me last year that someone will buy a car for us and to get ready; I was to go choose the car I want. My choice is a BMW 3 series because it will help me to be able to get into the media community of Hollywood. I am not into cars but God is being clear that I need to change my missionary/church planting mentality and have more status and influence in this next season. As I went to BMW to pick a car out I interpreted a dream for the salesman that was a major confirmation to him about a job change he was about to make. He was leaving his job the next day to become a farmer but people around him thought he was crazy. He was in tears on his cell phone with his wife as he told her that it was God who was calling him to follow his dream of being a farmer like his father.

Today I got a phone call from some people who heard me speak at a recent conference and tell that story. They have offered to get us started by buying us a Beemer. It’s not a new one but it will work to get me a step closer to my destiny of helping influential people recognize God’s call and destiny on their lives.

It is time to take steps and to be flexible

God spoke to me recently to be very flexible in this season of change. I hadthought that the BMW would be new (though God never clearly stated this) but the answer to that prophetic word came as a used one to get started. Similarly, Iwas trying to buy a new laptop but I only had half the money I needed to buy what I wanted and needed as a writer and speaker. God said that because technology is changing quickly, it is not as important to invest for the long term with certain items like laptops that go out of date so quickly. So I had to change my mindset and strategy and now I have a new older model laptop that is five times as fast as my old one and it was half the price of what I was going to spend. Being flexible can help us to get started until the bigger opportunities open for us.

It’s time to get ready.

What has God been calling you to do? You may want to consider what small steps you can take now towards it. Often we wait on God to bring it to us and He is waiting on us to take steps towards it.

Don’t be afraid to make a plan but be flexible and allow God to guide your steps toward what he is calling you to.

Four Prophetic Words Being Fulfilled Right Now!

I want to give an update on four prophetic words that I released over the past few months as we are seeing them begin to unfold. Last year I prophesied that God had brought us all into a wilderness time beginning in 2006. I also saw that in the spring of 2010 something new was going to be released that would begin to catapult people into a new season. I saw a great realignment of people within the Kingdom of God and an attack coming in the area of identity theft. Here are the original words and my thoughts regarding them:

The Wilderness started in 2006
Several years ago God spoke to me and others about something new from Heaven that was going to be released on the earth in 2005. I was telling people everywhere I went and was helping to prepare for a revival that we knew was and is still to come. Then 2005 came and went with nothing new. In fact everything began to look opposite. I did not understand it at the time but Bob Jones, a prophetic friend of mine, told me that I had not been mistaken with what I had prophesied. He said it just came in a different form than we all expected.

In September 2009 I had a prophetic dream in which I heard the audible voice of God tell me that He really did want to bring something new in 2005 but the majority of Christians were not ready for it. Because of that, God brought us in to a time of wilderness instead that was designed to reveal our motives, heal and prepare us for His greater intentions.

The first month of the wilderness began in January 2006. In my life and ministry I can look at the calendar and see that things began to look completely opposite than what I had expected or heard from God. We had tried to start an outreach center in Hollywood but suddenly it was like hitting a brick wall. As a result we moved and lived for three years in Moravian Falls, NC. I got a lot of similar feedback from people everywhere who had experienced the same thing in 2006.

The Wilderness is Over on the First Day of Spring!
I was speaking at a conference in Albuquerque, New Mexico in January 2006 with Heidi Baker and Mel Tari when this wilderness time officially began. Just this month on the first day of spring (March 20, 2010) I was in Albuquerque again speaking at the same church with Mel Tari. God reminded me that it was 50 months ago (January 2006) that the wilderness had begun and he told me that on the first day of spring of 2010, the wilderness time has officially ended!

Spring Forward
As part of the prophetic insight God gave me for 2010 God showed me that when we set the clocks forward for daylights savings time, we will all begin to “Spring Forward” spiritually. Then when we set the clocks back things will begin to “Fall in Place.” This is beginning to happen right now. I am experiencing it personally as I am seeing prophetic words and promises God gave me years ago begin to be fulfilled. Many people are reporting feeling new energy, vibrancy, and spiritual hope. We are starting to see breakthrough in the areas of ministry, business, finances, and relationships and many will begin to see changes almost immediately. This is the season to start something new! Start a new diet, exercise, a business, ministry, or write a new book. This is a time of new beginnings as strategies from Heaven are coming to earth.

Isaiah 43:19 NKJV
Behold, I will do a new thing, Now it shall spring forth; Shall you not know it? I will even make a road in the wilderness and rivers in the desert.

As God releases new things from Heaven, we will experience a great shift of positions. We are seeing this happen as well. I heard three words, Resign, Realign and Reassign. People are being divinely realigned by God right now to increase our Kingdom effectiveness. It has happened in my own ministry and with many people everywhere. I saw a chessboard and God is statically positioning us for this next season.

Spiritual Identity Theft
In January 2010 I released a prophetic word about spiritual identify theft, a plan of the enemy to get people to miss their destiny by attacking their identity in Christ. Just last week I had a spiritual experience in the middle of the night in which I battled a dark spirit that had come to literally steal the identity of people. At first I thought it was retaliation against me for releasing the prophetic word. But as I began to share it I am getting feedback that people everywhere are getting attacked right now in the area of theft. People are getting things stolen, websites and email hacked, and being ripped off of what rightfully belongs to them.

When Satan attacks us in a particular area, it is an indicator that this is an area of our life that God is bringing blessing or wants to use for His Kingdom. Since God is releasing new things from Heaven, the enemy will try to distract us and get us to believe that nothing is changing. This is a lie and we need to get “eyes to see” what God is doing in this time of our lives.

Prophetic Word: Year of Destiny
I am prophesying that the wilderness is over, we are springing into new life and finding our identities in Christ like never before. This is a year of destiny and we will begin to fulfill things that have been promised to us. It is a year that we need to develop ourselves personally in the unique way that God has called us. It is time to take action and not be passive. New doors of opportunity are opening and we have new strength and resources to walk through them. The future is now.

“Keep on asking, and you will receive what you ask for. Keep on seeking, and you will find. Keep on knocking, and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks, receives. Everyone who seeks, finds. And to everyone who knocks, the door will be opened.”

Spring Forward in the Spirit

Last January I released the prophetic insight God has spoken to me about 2010. The main thrust of it was about divine connections coming for those who are seeking God for their destinies. I heard the words resign, realign and reassign. I have been getting reports back from people about the big shift that is already starting to happen. It is beginning in my own life and ministry as my personal assistant is leaving this month. The best way to deal with it is to not fight it and let it happen.

Another major part of what God showed me for 2010 was a shift that would occur at the time we set the clocks forward which, in the US, is Sunday, March 14. Here is what God showed me:

Spring Forward and Fall into Place
New beginnings will start happening in the spring of 2010. When we set the clocks forward this year, it will be a prophetic act in which we “spring forward” into the greater callings that are upon our lives. There will be a lot of new growth; new businesses, new ministries, new relationships, new marriages, new art, and new music will all start to emerge. By the fall there will be a lot more clarity for us and many will know what to do next. It may not be clear right now, but as we get into September and October, many will have received their marching orders from God. Things will begin to “fall” into place.

Isaiah 43:18–19
Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the desert and streams in the wasteland.

As we move into this new time, it will be important to forget the former way of doing things and let go of the hurts of the past. Humility and forgiveness will be very powerful weapons this year.

Dream about new strategies and music
I woke this morning from a dream in which I saw God releasing new strategies for businesses. I heard new songs for musicians, and new creativity coming right now. It was so powerful that Heaven was singing praises to God in response. I wrote down the song I heard angels singing, it was like a jingle that you would hear on a commercial but the voices where praising God saying, “He’s so wonderful!” I heard God release such clear prophetic revelation and wisdom that many thought it was a joke because they had just been talking about it in detail to someone else.

It is time to look to God now for the changes you need and remember that when God does something new, we may need to “forget the former way of doing things.” New structures will come out of this Heavenly release. It will free up finances for Kingdom endeavors. New strength and energy will come in this season. It is a good time to start new things.
