When Linda and I were considering buying a house in Moravian Falls, we visited for a week at New Years. We had the opportunity to stay at a little house built on the land once owned by the Moravians (a great missionary group from the past who were part of a 24 hour prayer movement that went on for over 100 years). The first night we stayed at this little cabin nestled in woods on the mountain, I had a dream that a faceless woman from the Welcome Wagon of the mountain arrived at the door. I invited her in and she set up a stack piled high with high-tech communications equipment in the middle of the living room of this small cabin. She told me that I would be provided with all the high-tech equipment I would need for what God has called me to do.

Living in a town of 1400 people is still taking adjustment. We were so excited when they began to build a new store just 3 miles from our home. We prayed that it would be a Trader Joe?s or a Whole Foods?wow, maybe it will be an all organic market. They unveiled the sign this week and as the locals say, ?Goober me!? It was another Dollar General. I guess the Dollar General is like a Trader Joes, all those fancy imported eats (from New Jersey) all for $1. Never mind the dents, tire marks, and expired dates, it is only dollar! We are truly a blessed nation. Hey maybe we can open our own specialty food market and call it ?Tader Joe?s??

Our office stuff arrived from California this week in Moravian Falls. More moving, unpacking, and setting up. We just got our house moved and now the office! The fun part is that we are now sharing an office with Larry Randolph Ministries in Rick Joyner?s house. Rick moved to Charlotte and Morningstar now has its offices in his former house. We are leasing the bottom floor. Seems like things are changing rather quickly for us. Life on the mountain sure is different than LA!! Jeannine Rodriguez arrived too. She is having fun learning a new dialect.

Well, we broke down and bought ourseles a pickup truck (for the gearheads: 99 Nissan Frontier 4×4). Seems fitting for our new lifestyle cuz we are always hauling stuff and stuff like that. I guess we need a dog and a gun now. Well, we?ll just wait on those 2 items. We had to cut down 3 more trees to get our satelite TV to work properly. That is a total of 6 trees. Oh well, we have about 1500 more. Wow, sure do dream a lot in Moravian Falls. ?
